Fancy Dress Competition on February 18th, 2025.
The AISSM SSPMS Primary Day School organized the Fancy Dress Competition on February 18th, 2025. The event showcased the creativity and talent of students from Standard 1st through 4th, with each standard assigned a unique theme.
Students in Std 1st explored the delicious world of ‘Foodie Fun,’ with costumes ranging from juices to crispy pizzas. Std 2nd students represented various ‘Community Helpers,’ with aspiring doctors, firefighters, and teachers taking the stage. The world of ‘Electrical Appliances’ was brought to life by Std 3rd, featuring creative interpretations of laptop, refrigerators and even microwave oven. Historical figures came to life in Std 4th, with students portraying characters like Savitribai Phule, Mahatma Gandhi, and Ahilyabai Holkar.
Four students from each class participated, confidently delivering dialogues and showcasing their costumes to the enthusiastic audience. The Headmistress awarded three prizes for each standard, with winners receiving a medal and a certificate.
The Fancy Dress Competition was a resounding success, fostering creativity, encouraging self-expression, confidence, and a love of learning in the young participants.
