Quiz Competition at AISSMS SSPM Primary Day School.
The Quiz Competition at AISSMS SSPM Primary Day School was successfully conducted on 20th February 2026 in the school Activity Hall with great enthusiasm and participation from students of all standards. The event commenced on an auspicious note with the garlanding of the idol of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj by the respected Headmistress, inspiring students with the values of courage and knowledge.
Three teams from each standard participated in the competition, with four students representing each team. The quiz was thoughtfully designed to test students’ knowledge, presence of mind, and teamwork skills through three engaging rounds.
The First Round consisted of five questions for each team, with every correct answer earning 10 marks. The Second Round, the exciting Buzzer Round, included ten open questions for all three teams. Each correct answer carried 10 marks, while pressing the buzzer without answering resulted in a deduction of 5 marks. If a question was passed and answered correctly by another team, they were awarded 5 marks.
The Third Round, the Rapid-Fire Round, required teams to answer five questions within three minutes. Correct answers earned 10 marks, whereas incorrect answers resulted in a deduction of 5 marks. The scoreboard was carefully maintained throughout the competition according to the established rules, ensuring fairness and transparency.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation and healthy rivalry among students. The following teams emerged victorious:

The winners and deserving participants were awarded certificates by the Headmistress, who also appreciated the students for their confidence, knowledge, and team spirit. The event proved to be an enriching learning experience, encouraging students to enhance their general awareness and develop a competitive spirit in a joyful environment.
