Marathi Poetry Recitation Competition conducted on August 29, 2024
The AISSM Society’s SSPM Primary Day School organised the Marathi Poetry Recitation Competition on August 29, 2024, as students from Grades 1 to 4 took centre stage to recite Marathi poetry. Their voices filled the air with a tapestry of emotions, from the tender sentiments, funny poems to the most exuberant expressions of patriotism. The young poets’ passion for their language was evident in every syllable, as they brought their verses to life with a captivating blend of intonation and articulation. The competition was a testament to the school’s commitment to fostering a multicultural and inclusive learning environment, where students could embrace their cultural heritage and express themselves freely. The most outstanding performances were recognized with well-deserved medals and certificates, presented by the Headmistress with a beaming smile and words of praise.
