The AISSMS SSPM Primary Day School celebrated their annual sports day on 30th November 2024
The AISSMS SSPM Primary Day School recently hosted a spectacular Annual Sports Day on 30th November 2024 on its grounds. The event was marked by a series of exciting track and field events, captivating displays, and a strong sense of school spirit.
The day commenced with a traditional ceremony honouring Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj with a floral garland. The subsequent torch lighting and March past by enthusiastic students, accompanied by a lively band, set the tone for the day.
Students from standards 1st, 2nd, and 3rd showcased their talents through synchronized drills, dumbbell exercises, and graceful aerobic movements with ribbons. The track events, including 25m and 50m races and the 25m ball and bucket race, generated excitement and healthy competition among the finalists.
The event culminated in a prize distribution ceremony where the Honorary Headmistress presented medals and certificates to the deserving winners. The sports day was a resounding success, fostering a spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork, and physical fitness among the tiny, budding athletes.
